Tutor Scheduling Overview: Add New Client

Add New Client instructions

Sometimes a student may want to set up an appointment with you and have not registered yet. You can create an account for them using the "Add New Client" feature from the Area Tools drop down list. 

When adding a new client:

  1. Enter THEIR email address.
  2. Enter their first and last name.
  3. Skip "Standing", "Graduation Year", and "First or Home Language"
  4. The system will auto-generate a 10-digit password and put it in bold. Copy and paste that password into the password field.
  5. Choose "Yes" to Notify Client. This will send the student an email letting them know they've been registered and provide their password.
  6. Click "Add New Client"

Adding a New Client
