Tutor Scheduling Overview: After Tutoring

After a session is complete, one of two things usually happens:

  1. If the student does not show up and does not provide any notice, please choose "Mark as a No-Show." This will send an email to the student, and after repeated misses, will notify the administrators in order to allow us to follow up directly with the student.
  2. If the student shows up, choose "Add New Report" (see the "Add New Report" tab at the top.)

Other Options

Sometimes a student may drop in for a session without an appointment. Go ahead and tutor them as you normally would, if you have the time. After the session, on the main schedule screen you can choose, "Enter Off-Schedule Report" from the "Area Tools" menu. This will allow you to create a session report not attached to an appointment on the schedule.
