After a tutoring session, all tutors should choose the "Add New Report" option. (Unless the student does not show up, in which case choose "Mark as a no-show.)
In the report screen shown below, all tutors will fill out the pieces through Faculty/Advisor. Writing Tutors should continue and fill out the rest of the form, whereas CSL tutors can skip to the Email Options.
When you finish the form, please click the "Client" check box under Email options, so the student receives a copy, and then click "Save Report."
CSL Tutors, after completing the first part of this report and Saving it, head to the Peer Tutoring Session Report Form, a Google form that will collect the remainder of the data from your session.
