Last Name, First Name. Title of Book. Publisher, Publication Date

Cite an Article

MLA

Last name, first name. "Title of Article." Journal title, Volume, Number, Month, Year Published, Page(s). Permanent link [if from a database]

Cite an Image (set, costume, photo, etc.) from a Book

MLA

Last name, first name. Title of Work. Year created. Museum/Institution, Location. Book Title. City: Publisher, Year Published. Page(s).

Cite a Play in an Anthology

Last name, First name. "Title of Play." Title of Collection, edited by Editor's Name(s), Publisher, Year, Page range of entry.


Example:

Cite a Review

Last name, First name. Title of Review [if there is one]. Review of [Performance Title], by Author/Director/Artist. Title of Periodical, Day Month Year, page.

MLA

Last name, first name. Title of work. Year created. Name of institution/private collection housing artwork. Title of database or website. URL. Date of access.
