Bennington College Visual Arts faculty member, 1975-77, 1983. Haerer studied at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, the Sorbonne, and the University of California, Berkeley. She is known for her abstract painting in the vein of Minimalism and Lyrical abstraction.
